We are seeking for a qualified candidate for position as General Manager of Steel & Iron Department.

Steel & Iron Department is doing trade business in welding materials, Pre-Coated Metal and Vinyl-Coated Metal (applied for production of TV and home electronic), Electro-galvanized steel in coils and sheets (used in the production of printers, copiers, safes, ATM …), spring flat steel bar (used for producing automotive leaf spring), Carbon and alloy steel (used in the manufacture of machine parts, motorcycle components, shafts, screws and bolts and wide ranges of high quality wire rod (applied for manufacturing of welding consumables and wire, springs, fasteners, pre-stressed concrete, tire cord) with origins of Japan, Thailand, Brazil, etc,…

Job description
•Guide the process, standards, monitoring and evaluation of product quality at client companies, factory.
•Consulting on management and technology transfer at client companies, factory.
•Design strategy and set goals for growth.
•Control budgets and optimize expenses.
•Develop and expand new market by business strategy, market trends while find alternative products, alternative markets.
•Identify investment opportunities, promote investment in strategic product.
•Ensure employees are motivated and productive.
•Be responsible for all business activities of the department to the General Director.
Job requirement
• Age around 40 years old and above
• Male or Female
• University degree
• Excellent in English for business, proficient in Japanese (equivalent to N1 certificate of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test).
• At least 12 - 15 year-experience of international sales in Steel & Iron in trading company, in which having at least 8 years-experience as management position of the industry.
• Strong leadership qualities.
