At Kanematsu Vietnam, we believe that great teams are built not just in the office, but also through shared experiences that inspire connection, collaboration, and a bit of fun. On 23 & 24 September 2025, everyone took a break from the daily grind and headed to Nha Trang for a well-deserved company trip—and it was a memorable vacation!

Day 1: Snorkling Adventure & Elegant Gala Dinner

From the moment we arrived, the energy was high. Our beach retreat kicked off with an exciting snorkeling trip, and it was the perfect way to start the getaway. After arriving at the coast and getting a quick briefing from the guides, our team suited up and dove into the crystal-clear waters to explore the vibrant underwater world.

For many, it might was their first time snorkeling—and the excitement was contagious! Colorful corals, playful fish, and the peaceful rhythm of the sea made it a refreshing and awe-inspiring experience. It was more than just a fun activity—it was a reminder of how stepping out of your comfort zone can lead to incredible rewards.

After the snorkeling session, everyone returned to the resort to check in, freshen up, and unwind for a bit. The relaxing atmosphere of the resort gave everyone a chance to recharge before the evening activities.

As night fell, Kanematsu Vietnam’s members gathered for a Gala Dinner—a highlight of the trip. Held at a stunning beachfront venue, the evening featured delicious food with speeches were shared. The achievements were recognized, and we celebrated not only our hard work but also the strong bonds we've built as a team. Laughter, applause mixed with music and performances from the teams heated up the atmosphere of the party.

Day 2: Morning relaxation, Sightseeing and Farewell

On the second morning of the trip, it was all about the relaxation. Some enjoyed a peaceful walk by the beach, mud bath others lounged by the pool or savored a leisurely breakfast—just soaking in the calm before the return journey.

After checking out from the resort, everyone spent the afternoon sightseeing around the local area. From scenic spots to cultural landmarks, it was a great way to wrap up the trip with a bit of exploration and fun photography.

By evening, everyone made our way to the airport for the flight back home, carrying with the wonderful memories, stronger connections, and a refreshed sense of team spirit.

The Kanematsu Vietnam trip was more than just a day off—it was a celebration of the people, the culture, and the shared commitment of all Kanematsu Vietnam members to growth and connection. Here, we understand that when we support each other, we all all rise together.
