On 15 May 2026, the Annual General Meeting for FY2026 of ATAD Steel Structure Corporation (“ATAD”) was held at its headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City. Kanematsu Corporation attended the meeting as a strategic investor.
At the meeting, ATAD presented its business performance for 2025, progress on key projects both in Vietnam and overseas, and its initiatives related to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).
ATAD has further strengthened its presence in the steel structure market through participation in large-scale domestic and international projects, while steadily advancing its sustainable growth strategy and expanding its business globally.
In 2025, the company achieved progress to a new stage of growth in terms of enhanced project execution capabilities, improved operational sophistication and efficiency, and strengthened brand power within the steel structure industry.
In the Long Thanh International Airport Project, one of Vietnam’s flagship national infrastructure projects, ATAD supplied the majority of the steel structures. In particular, ATAD successfully completed the lift-up of the terminal’s central roof structure (over 5,300 tons) in collaboration with its partners in April 2025. This represents the first attempt of its kind in Vietnam and is considered a record-breaking scale globally for an airport terminal project. In addition, ATAD has been involved in other major projects such as the Vietnam National Exhibition Center in Hanoi (one of the largest in Southeast Asia), as well as overseas projects including a bridge project in Metro Manila/Philippines, and a green steel plant project in Europe.

Furthermore, 2025 marked significant progress in ESG and sustainability initiatives. ATAD launched a new ESG website centered on Environmental (E), Social (S), and Governance (G) principles, aimed at visualizing and evaluating its sustainable business operations and social impact. This reflects the company’s strong commitment to sustainable development in accordance with international standards.
In recognition of its business achievements and sustainability efforts, ATAD received the “Vietnam Excellence Award” at the Manufacturing Asia Awards 2025, becoming the first steel structure fabricator in Vietnam to receive this honor. This prestigious award recognizes companies demonstrating leadership in innovative and sustainable industrial development and affirms ATAD’s position as a contributor to the advancement of the steel structure industry in Asia and globally. ATAD has also been selected as one of the “Top 50 Best Companies in Vietnam” for seven consecutive years.

Supported by its solid growth in 2025 and ongoing major projects worldwide, ATAD is expected to maintain strong growth going forward.
